The clementine grows in vast fields in Chilches, province of Castellón.
The variety of orange in this region is unique in the world for its qualities of flavour, smell and texture, making it a popular and sought after fruit by the most demanding consumers in the world.
The clementine is a citric hybrid fruit, the hybridization between tangerine and bitter orange, from which comes this characteristic sour but also sweet flower.
It’s easily peeled, and once made, it can be easily separated into juicy slices in a number of eight to fourteen. It’s therefore a thin skinned, seedless fruit with a high content.
