Toad Skin Chilches melon is a fruit with gratitude at national and international level, and specially in the Valencian Community.

Our plantations extend along the marsh, formerly rice fields, which are characterized by being wet and salty, are located two kilometres from the sea, it’s one of the factors which favours that this fruit has a unique flavour, so that the stable climate in its growing season is key (important) for this fruit, which allows its optional ripening..

The melons of the variety “toad skin” are characterized to have a skin marked and an intense green, its meat (fruit) is soft and compact.
