Quality avocados

Minguet avocado fruit, grown in our fields (Chilches), is high in vegetables oil. It’s considered an excellent food that should be present in our daily diet.

This fruit with high antioxidant content a rich in vegetables fats that bring benefits to the body and vitamins E, A, B1, B3 fatty acids, proteins and minerals. It’s a fruit of intense green colour and rough, hard outer skin.

The Minguet avocado harvest period covers the spring months.
